My quantum healing experience was awesome.
In Vanessa’s company I felt safe, calm and relaxed which is good because she takes you into a hypnotic state where you are in touch with a sort of outer body experience but still aware of your thoughts and surrounding, like lucid dreaming.
Feels like your having a past life experience but for me I’m sceptical of past lives and similar spiritual beliefs but I will say without giving to much away that I had many tears, felt like a weight was lifted from me, like a traumatic energy was taken out of my nervous system and thoughts and feelings were brought to the surface hidden deep within the subconscious.
The experience left me feeling light , calm and curious about my life and the experiences I had during the session.
